Participants may compete individually or in teams formed before or during the event. All projects must be created during the hackathon period and should align with the event theme, “AI Integrations: Improving Everyday Life.” Pre-existing ideas are allowed; however, all code, design, and implementation submitted for judging must be substantially developed during the event. Use of open-source libraries, APIs, and publicly available tools is permitted.

All participants must submit their projects through Devpost before the submission deadline, including a project description, demonstration, and source code or prototype. Projects will be evaluated based on creativity, technical implementation, impact, and presentation.

This is an in-person event, and all attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully toward other participants, organizers, mentors, and judges. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. By participating, attendees agree to follow the event’s Code of Conduct and comply with venue and organizer guidelines. Organizers reserve the right to disqualify participants or remove individuals who violate these rules to ensure a safe and inclusive environment for everyone.
